Frequently Asked Questions
This channel will answer the most frequent questions we get asked, if your question still isn't answered please open up a support ticket to further assist you.
How do I access a server?
To access a session, wait for a staff member to initiate one in our 'Sessions' category. Make sure you have read the information section before attempting to join.
How do I register my vehicle?
Refer to the pinned messages in the vehicle-database to learn about vehicle registration. Adhere to the registration limits; registering too many vehicles without appropriate roles will render your registrations void until corrected.
How many infractions do I get before I am banned?
Depending on the seriousness of the offense, you might be banned after fewer than 2 infractions. Typically, you are allowed up to 2 infractions before facing a ban.
Do I need to be in a voice chat during a scene?
For any scene involving LEO, FD, or staff, you are required to join the respective scene VC if requested by E/S or staff. Using your microphone is optional.
How are citations handled?
There is no system for paying off tickets, so you donโt need to worry about payment. However, accumulating more than 5 citations within a month will lead to an infraction.
How can I apply to join a department or team?
Visit the server-applications channel to submit applications for Public Service departments, staff positions, or other teams.
What is the procedure for reporting an issue?
Navigate to the support channel and use the appropriate button for your report type, whether itโs for a civilian or a staff member.
When can I appeal an infraction?
Infraction appeals are subject to the discretion of the appeals handler and may open every one or two months. If you prefer not to wait, purchasing the Platinum tier ensures monthly appeal opportunities starting on the first.
Who should I contact with questions?
For non-emergency queries, always use the support channel where staff or Public Services can address any questions about the server.
