1. **How can I join a session?**

> To join a session, direct yourself to the ⁠server-1 channel and wait for a member of the staff team to start a session. Once they have started a session, they will release the link and you can join from there.

2. **How many marks can I obtain before I get banned?**

> You can obtain 4 marks before getting banned. If you're on 3 marks, and you get the 4th, you will be issued a appealable ban. To appeal that ban, a button/link will be attached to your ban message. If your ban is unappealable, do not bother hopping on a alt account and try getting back into the server.

3. **Where is the Banned Vehicle list?**

> The Banned Vehicle list can be found within ⁠information. To be able to drive a vehicle from the Banned Vehicle list, you must have the proper roles, for more information, click the document listed in that channel.

4. **How do I report someone?**

> To report someone, head over to ⁠support and click on the button that fits your needs. A staff member will assist you once they are available. You're also able to use this to get any assistance from the staff team.

5. **How do I apply for a department?**

> All of our applications like staff and department applications can be found within ⁠the applications channel. If you're applying for a department, you're only allowed to be 1 police department, and you can join FD. You can not be in 2 police departments.

6. **How often are mark appeals open?**

> Mark appeals are usually released on the first of every month. When the application is open, a announcement will be made within ⁠announcements. If you do have a warning and would like to fill it out, make sure the warning you want to appeal is appealable.

7. **Where can I find all of our applications?**

> All of your server applications, including; Staff, Emergency Services, and Application Team applications are found within ⁠applications. After they are read, all applications will be posted within ⁠application-results. In the application results channel, you can also see civilian applications getting read.

8. **How can I register a vehicle?**

> Head over to ⁠bot-commands, and run the /register command, from there please just follow the prompt, once done your vehicle is not registered. Please note these will be cleared at the 1st of every month.

9. **Am I required to join a VC if I got pulled over?**

> The answer is no. You’re not required but we do high recommend you to do so. This not only makes it more fun to be in a scene but you get to interactive with your fellow civilians as well.

10. **How can I get a partnership?**

> To obtain a paid partnership, open a report ticket and follow the drop down menu and then a management member will assist you further.

11. **Can I pay a citation off?**

> No, you cannot. If you’re on 4 tickets, and hit your 5th, you’ll be marked. Tickets reset every month and if you do hit 5 tickets, the mark isn’t appealable.

12. **How do I appeal a mark?**

> You will have to wait for mark appeals to be opened via ⁠announcements, these typically open every 2-3 months.

13. **Do I get my old perks from GVRS back since the server has come back?**

> We will be restoring everyone's roles and permissions from buying this with Robux and/or Cash. Head over to ⁠support and open a support over ticket, a staff member will provide further assistance.

14. **What are the booster perks?**

> The current booster perks are Early Access to sessions and Image Permissions.
